The Process Of Coaching
Every coaching journey is unique — yet most follow a rhythm.
Here’s how we’ll walk together, step by step.
We start with a no pressure 30 minute chemistry call, to assess if we are a good fit for each other.
You will get a feel for what coaching with me opens up for you. If we decide to work together,
this is how our engagement will unfold over the next months :
Coaching with me is a journey of discovery, integration, and embodiment.
Each phase builds on the last, creating a natural rhythm of insight, growth, and sustainable change.
DESIGNED ALLIANCE
We start with co-creating how we work together, and what we both need to create a space that is safe, honest and real. A space that challenges, invites, motivates, encourages and sometimes demands that you be powerful.
We will define the agenda for our engagement, identifying areas, goals and setting tangible signposts for our journey.


Self-Discovery
One of the strongest predictors of fulfillment is clarity in self-awareness.
In our first session, we’ll take a deep look at who you are—your core values, beliefs, strengths, and longings. We’ll explore the archetypes at play in your life, your purpose, and the most fulfilling version of life you want to create.
We’ll also identify the patterns that hold you back—self-limiting beliefs, inner critics, or self-sabotaging habits—so you can begin moving toward your best self with clarity and confidence.
eXPLORATION AND INTEGRATION
Our sessions move between two layers: taking action on your goals and exploring the deeper patterns shaping your life.
Together, we’ll uncover and work through resistance—whether personal, generational, or systemic. We’ll explore evolving archetypes, resolve unconscious contracts, and loosen the roots of what holds you back from your fullest potential.
This process isn’t just intellectual. I work with you through body, emotions, and nervous system awareness, so change can be felt and embodied. Each session closes with integration—bringing new insights into your daily life with clarity and ease.


eMBODIMENT
True change happens when new awareness is not just understood in the mind, but felt and anchored in the body.
As old patterns or “contracts” release, clients often describe a sense of lightness, a surge of energy, or the feeling of a part of themselves waking up. Vitality and focus naturally return.
Because mind and body are deeply connected, every new shift in awareness is also experienced in the nervous system—and vice versa. As your sense of self evolves, we make space to mark and anchor the emerging you, so the transformation becomes lasting and real.
Completion And Integration Forward
As our formal coaching engagement concludes, we take time to honor the journey you’ve made. Together we re-evaluate your goals, celebrate the progress you’ve achieved, and create a plan of action for the months ahead. This may include weekly practices of reflection and values-based living, as well as check-ins at three and six months to support accountability and momentum.
Completion is not an ending, but a transition. You leave with tools, practices, and a renewed relationship with yourself — carrying your transformation into the next chapter of your life.

The power of leading from your core, a deeper level of authenticity and self-confidence, where your thoughts, words, and actions align seamlessly. It’s about harnessing the power of your presence, to cultivate the relationships and support you need surrounding you (360). Navigating challenges with grace, and leading with unwavering confidence, you inspire those around you to do the same.

Creativity
While doing the deeper work to resolve blocks to creative expression, we approach your creative being through active imagination, metaphors. games, archetypes. We also dive into your creative work itself, and allowing different elements to find their voice. We explore creative blocks through a Jungian lens by delving into the unconscious mind and examining the underlying emotions, beliefs, and patterns that inhibit self-expression.
