Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly; we’ll set a cadence that suits your goals and capacity.

Options range from focused 90-day programs to 6-month (or longer) containers for deeper transformation.
Do you offer virtual or in-person coaching?
All sessions are held virtually, so you can join from anywhere.
What tools and approaches do you use?
A whole-self approach drawing on coactive tools, resonant healing, compassionate inquiry, self-compassion, Jungian psychology, dreamwork, somatic awareness, and gentle pattern rewiring—bringing clarity, alignment, and integration.

You have up to 18 months to use any unused sessions.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are billed, except in emergencies.

What if coaching isn’t meeting my expectations?
Any concerns are invited, and we will recalibrate, see what change is needed, adjust the approach. Or I’ll offer a referral if another modality would serve you better.
