As a Whole-Self Coach, I integrate science, depth psychology, and lived experience to support lasting transformation.
Hello, I’m Sri — a Whole-Self Coach dedicated to helping people create lives of fulfillment, clarity, and meaning.
My coaching is rooted in the spiritual practice of loving-kindness and informed by neuroscience, depth psychology, and Co-Active Coaching. It integrates the science of regulation with the art of presence, bringing together body, mind, and spirit in a practical way. I draw on a range of modalities — embodiment, compassionate inquiry, emotional processing, unconscious contracts work, and Jungian integration — to support each client’s unique journey toward balance and wholeness.

How I Work
As your coach, my role is to help you reconnect with the core of who you are — and to play bigger from that place of inner stillness. Through a deep and attuned presence, I create a safe and grounded space where every part of you is welcome: your strengths, challenges, dreams, and doubts.
Together, we explore your values and deeper sense of self so you can move through life with greater clarity, vitality, and confidence. This is Whole-Self Coaching — an integrative approach that brings awareness, compassion, and authentic action into alignment.
About Me
Engineer. Mom. Meditation teacher. Social entrepreneur. Each of these roles has shaped how I see the world — but my deepest passion has always been exploring the landscapes of consciousness, neuroscience, and human healing.
The path to coaching began through my own experience of transformation. Early trauma led to a diagnosis of Complex PTSD, and in my twenties, my meditation practice became a profound source of healing and stability. That journey deepened into an understanding of consciousness, resilience, and the wisdom within stillness.
Along the way, I found resonance with Jung’s work on the psyche and newer modalities such as polyvagal theory, nonviolent communication, and somatic trauma healing inspired by Peter Levine. Thinkers like Carl Jung, Gabor Maté, and Bonnie Badenoch continue to influence my work today.
Over the years, I’ve taught meditation to adults and children, in local communities and online. Time and again, I’ve witnessed the quiet joy that arises when people reconnect with themselves and with one another through presence. Those shared moments of resonance remind me that connection itself is a powerful force for healing.
What is Different About Whole-Self Coaching?
Through Whole-Self Coaching, I help clients explore deeper layers, uncovering the unconscious contracts and parts that show up in repeated patterns in life, work and relationships, and contracts that limit their expression and energy. When those layers soften, or a contract releases a shift happens — clarity returns, creativity awakens, and life begins to flow again.
Whole-Self coaching is nuanced layered work, and approached with warmth and accompaniment and in acknowledgment and complete acceptance of the intelligence behind it for protection and survival.
What matters most to me is creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space for this unfolding — where you can rediscover your true self: the part that expresses naturally through clarity, confidence, creativity, and compassion. Together, we work toward greater freedom, fulfillment, and joy.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside you on this journey of discovery. My focus is on helping you live, work, and lead with wholeness — releasing what no longer serves and stepping into your most authentic expression with purpose, courage, and presence.
Note :It’s important to note that coaching is not therapy. I am not a therapist, and our sessions are not a substitute for therapeutic treatment.
Instead, coaching is focused on creating forward momentum toward the goals you choose, while untangling what needs to be untangled from your present self, and making space for all parts of you.
