The Heart Of My Coaching Practice
About me, my journey, and my process of coaching
Hello, I am Sri.
I am a whole-self integrative coach dedicated to helping individuals create lives filled with fulfillment and happiness. My coaching process is rooted in my spiritual practice of loving kindness and informed by the principles of neuroscience and Co-Active Coaching. I incorporate modalities such as embodiment, compassionate inquiry, emotional processing, unconscious contracts work, and Jungian integration as needed throughout our coaching journey.

As your coach, my goal is to help you connect with the vibrant essence of who you are at your core. I focus on guiding you to become your best self and build a life that reflects your true potential. Together, we will uncover your empowered and resilient self, enabling you to express that in your life, relationships, and work.
About Me
I am an engineer, a mom, a meditation teacher, and a social entrepreneur. My lifelong passion is exploring states of consciousness, neuroscience, relational science, and behavioral science.
My journey towards coaching started from a place of personal struggle. Growing up, I faced trauma, which later led to a diagnosis of Complex PTSD (CPTSD). In my early twenties, I found healing and joy in my spiritual practice, which has been my anchor ever since. Through the lens of this inner work I gained a deeper understanding of the ebbs and flows of the states of consciousness, and the significance of Jung’s work as well as other modalities being developed like the polyvagal theory and Peter Levine’s somatic work in trauma healing.
I have taught meditation to both adults and children in local communities and online. Helping people connect with themselves to find peace and grounding has been incredibly rewarding. I discovered that I am also passionate about fostering moments of connection within the group, allowing individuals to strengthen their inner calm together.
I have witnessed the joy and healing that arises when my students connect with another in this way, and how that sense of happiness enhances their mental well-being throughout the week. It has taught me the importance of resonant connection to my clients.
I’ve learned through the process of life, that understanding and accepting ourselves takes time. Often, we feel weighed down by self-doubt, fear, and other negative feelings that can cloud our true selves.
Through my own experiences, I’ve discovered how important it is to peel back those layers and connect with who we really are— the inner self that expressed through clarity, confidence, creativity, innocence, passion and compassion.
I aim to create a safe space for my clients, where we can explore these feelings together and work towards finding clarity , joy and fulfillment in your life.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
Note :It’s important to note that coaching is not therapy. I am not a therapist, and our sessions are not a substitute for therapeutic treatment. Instead, coaching is focused on creating forward momentum toward the goals you choose.
